In charge of the torture chambers, Wen Feng enjoys torturing his victims slowly, keeping them alive until the last moment, making sure that there is no hope left for them. He was often nicknamed 'Crazy Wen' as his name can be written as 'Crazy' as well.
Cares very little about ethics and moral, is known to be very informal around Wen RuoHan — who easily tolerates his behavior.
